  • All version of Font Converter can not correctly generate large-sized fonts (h>255 pix)

I want to create a font with antialiasingю
For a large size, the shape at the top and bottom of the font is distorted.
It is for setting of Font Converter
Type of font to generate Antialiased, 4bpp
    Encoding 8 Bit ASCII + ISO 8859
    Antialiasing Internal
& font size > 256 (for all type of fonts)

    How to solve this problem?

  • Hi,

You might use the OS anti aliasing option and the distortion should be gone.

Anyway, fonts larger than 255 pixels can not be displayed. This information will be added to the user manual with the next emWin release.

If you really want to display a text with such a size you could create images containing a string using such a big font and display the image.

    Thanks, Sven for the answer.
Unfortunately, when I use a checkbox

    Antialiasing using OS

program generate .sif font file without antialiasing for any size of fonts.
I have to use only a check

    Antialiasing internal.

    for antialiasing fonts.
