MCU - AT91SAM7S64
AT91SAM7S64-EK evaluation board

I tried to erase the internal flash with J-Flash ARM, but mistakenly selected "Set security bit", after that the J-flash program got frozen, I had to kill it off via Ctrl-Alt-Del. Now neither SAM-BA, nor J-Flash can't connect to the board via JTAG.

J-flash says: "could not find ARM7/ARM9 device on JTAG chain"

How can I fix it? Please help.
