  • Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. We will discuss this by the end of next week and come back to you once we have news. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello Thomas, We received now a new MB997D board (Rev. C boards are no longer sold by ST) where we converted the ST-Link as described here:…j-links/st-link-on-board/ And everything is working as expected. Did you make sure that you followed all the steps from the guide? Did you install the ST-Link USB drivers? Please understand that we can't put more time into this investigation as the issue seems not be be related to SEGGER software but is rather either a usage er…

  • Hello, Thank you for your contribution to the community. Best regards, Nino

  • Hi, Thank you for clarifying. This is currently not possible. But we will add it to our wishlist for future features for Ozone. Best regards, Nino

  • Hi, Ah I see, good to hear that you are up and running again. We will consider this thread as solved now. Best regards, Nino

  • Hi, Thank you for providing additional information. We will see what we can do to improve the experience with such keyboard layouts as well. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, No worries, and yes, the nRF package does not come with the correct startup yet. But an update is planned shortly. All other packages that are not transformed yet will also be updated by us. But if you generate a generic project for your target device without any CPU support package, the project generator will use the generic files from the /samples folder in the ES installation path which are in the correct form for the new SEGGER tool chain. You can also do this manually as explained in…

  • Hello, A list of our distributors can be found here: Unfortunately we do not get the stocking information from them so you would have to contact the distributors directly. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Dark mode is not supported officially and as you found out correctly, Ozone simply uses the current OS theme. A proper darkmode is on our ToDo but no fixed timeschedule yet. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Such an issue is not known to us. Could you provide a video or gif showing the behaviour? What Linux version are you using exactly? Best regards, Nino

  • Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. I just gave it a quick try on a Ubuntu18 VM and the versions were showing up correctly for both the deb and tgz. Most likely this is somehow related to your specific Linux config. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello Max, Thank you for your inquiry. You can display the data in a table in the Data Sampling window in the Samples tab. If you right click the content you can also export it. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We received your inquiry in parallel via our support system so this thread will be closed now. For other users that find this thread: Such timeline usually appears when either compiler output with maximum optimization is debugged or if sleep modes/low power modes are used which will result in lost trace data and thus an incorrect timeline. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello Luca, Please note that this is a IAR project setup specific question which is not a SEGGER product. For questions on how to use the IAR IDE we recommend contacting IAR support. This thread will be closed now. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The original error message indicates that the JLink library could not be found due to the failed installation. Make sure to install the J-Link software with sudo in the default folder. If everything went correctly SystemView should now be able to find the library. Also as the poster above mentioned please do not install random Qt libraries. Always only use the ones provided with the SEGGER software. Best regards, Nino

  • Hi, There are no other components mounted than the visible ones. I can confirm that the signal mapping on the website is accurate and that the adapters are successfully in use for many years now. You can of course try a flying wire setup but such setups may not be supported by us should issues arise. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Currently there are no plans to change this as this as many customers rely on the tools to stay with this naming scheme for e.g. automated setups as they have for many many years since introduction. Nonetheless we will consider your suggestion and discuss it with the team. But no promises. Best regards, Nino

  • Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. C++ library support is currently handled in Embedded Studio by an older STL Port which can be downloaded via the Package Manager. It is based in C++08 with some custom C++11 extensions and can be enabled in project options. But we are currently planning on providing our own SEGGER run time library for C++ with the latest C++ features by the end of this year. To stay up to date with ES releases you can subscribe here:…

  • Hello Jeff, Thank you for your inquiry. It appears that the imported project is not yet set up correctly. How to use the import tool is described here for IAR:…kbench_to_Embedded_Studio But the same/similar steps apply for Keil. Our recommendation for more complex project is not to use the import tool but rather create a new project with the Embedded Studio project wizard for the internal toolchian only, then add the sources from your other project manually and adj…

  • Hi, Not sure what went wrong here, but the default Tools.xml has worked for years now and is still working if you set the global macro as explained in the ES documentation. For reference here is the xml file source, should it have changed in your config somehow: XML Source Code (19 lines) All you have to do is set the LINTDIR as explained in the many other forum threads: [DUPLICATE] how to use PC-LINT in SEGGER Best regards, Nino
