Hi, Seems like a bug of sorts, but using both the above mentioned chips with fresh projects I found numerous event handlers were not 'linked' when main was a c++ file, while c works. It could be all of them in fact but certainly TIMERS on the NRF52 and EXT INTS on the SAMD21. This caused the CPU's to appear hard locked. It took me absolutely ages to work out what was causing it, although not the underlying issue. Keep up the great work, Segger is my go-to environment going forward. Regards, Andr…

So I bought one over the weekend. I've wired it to the same chip that worked using the NRF52-DK board, using the 4 lines (GND/IO/CLK/VREF) which I've verified are good. Unfortunately I've no output on CLK or IO according to scope - are pullups needed on these lines? I've also dumped the log of nrfjprog ... 2020-Aug-24 10:40:31 . . . . Possibly, The easiest way I can think off is an execution hook when build is clicked, which runs the executable which generates the byte array c file, which in turn is picked up normally. I just found Code -> User Build Step -> Pre-Build Command which looks like it'll do the job, shall give it a go now. Andrew

Hi, I have an intel hex file format for a PIC16 which I'd like to embed into the build. Some techniques are discussed here: codeplea.com/embedding-files-in-c-programs I was wondering/hoping I could automate the process in some fashion via the Segger project options? Cheers, Andrew

Hi, Is there a means to create define type header inserts via the config? I ask because I've developed for a NRF52832 but need to target a NRF52810 with less memory. To do so I need to turn various options from the NRF SDK off such as LOG_ENABLED. To do so I've created a third option alongside 'release' and 'debug' and I'm wondering how to differentiate. I tried in the preprocessor but had no joy. Thanks, Andrew
