    I have a "Flasher ARM" programmer and would like to program a STM32F103 micro-controller. I have connected the programmer via the JTAG-interface over the jtag isolater with the controller. There is a 10k pull-up resistor on TMS,TDO, TDI and Reset (Reset has a 100nF capacitor to GND). TCK has a 10k pull-down resistor. The Jlink.exe can't connect to the controller (see attachment). I measured the TDO line and it is in fact always high. But i haven't found a fault in my setup yet. The power led of …
