I'm using jlink ultra. while connecting to jlink via ARM DS-5 , it shows "Failed to power up dap." is there any suggest? my jlink ultra firmware shows compled at Dec 3,2013, is there any way to update to the latest firmware? thank you very much.

Hi I've read chapter 4.8 "Getting started with J-Link and ARM DS-5" and have followed it's procedure. At the last step, It shows a error messagebox: Unable to connect SAMA5D3 ... Failed to power up DAP No Error. Thanks for your help.
