[SOLVED] Memory test of MCIMX6S5

Hi, It's my intention to use the J-Link Commander to run a memory test on the NXP MCIMX6S5. This is supported as a 'known' device. Does using the 'Device' command (selecting MCIMX6S5) configure the MCIMX6S5 to use the JTAG interface? Do I just need a J-Link and the SDK or is there anything else required? It's just that someone told me I would need some form of device specific configuration file from the silicon vendor. Thanks.
