I checked J-Link base HW 9.3 too, it is exactly the same error. The problem is very serious. If my colleague did not have a ST-Link emulator, I would have to throw away these controllers and replace them with new ones. How can I change the option bytes for this microcontroller in your software?

Hello! I use J-Link Plus HW10.1. I recently upgraded J-Link software to version 7 and ran into a memory cleanup error issue. The last four sectors in STM32F413VH are not cleared. I did some research, installed software versions from 7.00 to 7.68b, both 32 and 64 bits. The last correctly working version is 6.98e. J-Flash and J-Flash Lite give the same memory clearing error when trying to clear the last 4 sectors. At the same time, before cleaning, a message is displayed stating that the controlle…
