I am trying to run the hello-world application on an STM32F407VG target. I have the packs installed and can verify using JLinkExe on the CLI that my Mac is seeing the J-Link okay. However SES only gives me the "Connect to Simulator" under the target menu. Am I missing a step somewhere?

This has been reported many times before but appears to still be on the "To Do" list for Segger. The issue is that when running JLinkExe in interactive mode and then quitting the return code of the process is 0. When running JLinkExe at the CLI using a command script the return code is 1 indicating that the Process failed even when it has not. When using a build server, if it sees a return code of 1 indicates the build has failed and reports on such. This is a "BUG" whether Segger want to admit …
