We have several flavours of j-link (serial number 00003514 with no hardware version number, a version 5.2 and a version6.0). We downloaded V3.80C DLL etc and found that IAR V4.30A could no longer debug. Even after uninstalling V3.80 of the j-link software the 2 newer versions of hardware would no longer work. We have had to manually reinstall the original IAR 4.30A drivers and point the USB driver at these. Even then only the oldest now works. Has anyone else had issues with the latest j-link so…

Using the j-link for ARM on the Atmel AT91SAM7S64 communication fails if TCK is not connected to RTCK but according to the documentation RTCK should be grounded if the CPU does not provide RTCK. Does anybody know why this is?
