Hi Nino, I tried 3 win 7 machines and they are ok. I also tried 3 win 10 machines and none of them work. I guess it is win 10 issues. Please investigate and see if you can reproduce at your end. Thanks, Kan.

Hi Nino, Some progress but not really solve the issues. I am using my friend's desktop running win 7 ultimate and the micro:bit jlink works ok. My own development environment is win 10 laptop and probably need to get myself a win 7 desktop. This is not the best solution but at least it works. I hope to continue working on the win 10 laptop and can Segger look into this direction? Thanks, Kan

Hi Nino, Thanks for your reply and I understand. Enclosed please find 2 log files, one using ses and one using keil 5. The micro:bit is working properly with microsoft scratch and the ses,keil 5 works ok with nordic boards. The board is running ok with microsoft scratch download. Thanks for your help. Hi Nino, Thanks for your prompt and helpful reply. I followed the wiki and here is the output: I am using both segger embedded studio and keil with no other third party software. The same cable and setup using official Nordic board with no issues. However, micro:bit is my target platform. Good to know that it works with micro:bit but I still have no luck. Please help. I am using segger embedded studio for nordic board nrf52 board had no problem. My installation of SES cannot connect to the nRF board. I have another PC that can connect with no problem that the nRF board should be ok. On the problem PC, when I tried to Connect J-Link, it say Cannot find JLINK_STRACE_Control. Please help. Thanks, Kan
