JLinkGDBServerCL connects, Ozone does not

Enable SWO during Debugging Microcontroller Renesas RA6M5 (R7FA6M5BH) with Jlink Ultra+ causes debugger disconnection and microcontroller in stuck (power cycle is necessary for recovery)
