    Hello, I am having troubles programming flash on my AT91SAM3U4E device using Segger Microcontroller under Linux. I am using the GDBServer, and there is no problem loading the code to sram. Also, loading code to both flash and sram under Windows works fine, so this leads me to believe that the software package for Linux might be the core issue here. Could you please help me fix this?

    My system:
    SEGGER J-Link Edu V8.0
    Software version: V4.36f
    J-Link Firmware version: 2011 Sept 23
    Development Board: at91sam3u-ek
    Embedded code: yagarto.de/download/yagarto/SAM3U4ETest.zip

    jlink_error.txt -> error output, generated by JlinkGDBServer when trying to load code
    flash.gdb -> gdb script, causing the error to occur under Linux

    We will check. Since it is working under Windows it indeed sounds like a problem which only occurs under Linux.
