Hi,
Is the Default.ini file used by the linux port of JLink ? Is there a command line parameter or something to specify the .ini file to use ?
I ask this because I'm trying to make my JLink device with a AT91SAM3S4A chip, and while CPU commands seem to work ok, I'm unable to access the internal flash correctly. I think this might be because JLink doesn't know about this MCU flash organisation, so I tried to set them in the Default.ini file (copying from the ini file generated on Windows by JFlash), like:
[CPU]
CheckCoreID = 1

This does work on Windows, but seems ignored on Linux. Any idea ?
Thanks,
