    Hi,



    is the Jlink-arm-ks compatible for Cortex M3. The Hardware Version is v4.00.

    And can i use the Jlink-arm-ks with Eclipse/OpenOCD to Debug single step?

    yes, J-Link ARM KS can be used with Cortex-M.
    Please note that you are using a very old J-Link hardware version (current one is V8).
    Your hardware version does not support the SWD interface.
    Moreover, stability can not be guaranteed in all cases because the firmware
    of your J-Link does not have intelligence for Cortex-M devices.

    We only recommend to use your old J-Link for evaluation purposes on Cortex-M targets.
