J-Link-ARM (IAR OEM) will not update firmware

We have an OEM J-Link from IAR and have recently upgraded IAR's IDE to v 5.5, but the J-Link will not work with the latest Jlink DLL.

Specifically, it times out when attempting to update the firmware.

Using JLinkARM_V410h running jlink.exe I see the following:

    SEGGER J-Link Commander V4.10h ('?' for help)

Waiting for new firmware to boot
    New firmware booted successfully

Even though the message states new firmware booted, it simply tries to update every time and keeps timing out.

The unit works fine with v4.00 through V4.02d, but v4.02e and later simply do not work.

    Using 4.02d seems okay:
