  • [SOLVED] [Linux] [JLink] How to use multiple JLink under Linux?

When working on Windows I use two instances of Segger Embedded Studio with two JLinks to debug Nordic's Bluetooth application.
    Is it possible on Linux?
Whenever I try to connect in second instance (SES) it disrupts first instance.
  • Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
To be sure we understand your setup correctly.
You are using two J-Links and two instances of Embedded Studio to debug one Nordic MCU?
Or do you debug two different MCUs with one J-Link each?

What are the serial numbers of your J-Links?
If they are different you can set in Embedded Studio project options which J-Link to use for which instance under Project-> Edit Options->Debug->J-Link->Host Connections
Change that value to USB S/N where S/N is your serial number e.g. USB 12345678

    Best regards,
    Nino
