We have 2 J-links one is a labeled an Ultra(serial num starting with 2) and the other is labeled an Ultra+(serial num starting with 5). Both were bought at the same time. The Ultra+ refuses to upgrade its firmware. The config program claims it to be up to date. Please tell me what is happening here.
