  • [SOLVED] J-Link new firmware issue with XMC4700

    I'm having trouble with the new J-Link firmware from July 10th while detecting an XMC4700 over SDW. With the older firmware, I can connect and program normally. With the new firmware, it won't detect the chip. Interestingly enough, if I turn everything on, connect with a J-Link that has the old firmware, and then hot-swap the J-Link to one with new firmware, then I am able to connect but if I power everything down and then try again with the new firmware, I can't connect anymore.

    Version 6.16i of the J-Link software & documentation pack does contain a fix regarding XMC 4x00 device series + SWD .

    Does Version 6.16i work for you?
