hi when i want to programmed at91sam7s64 it returns errors:
ERROR: PC of target system has unexpected value after calculating CRC jlink programming AT91SAM7S64

finally i solved it after months ,i should use jlink v 6.00
i before used newest version jlink.
now every thing is ok. thank you

I cannot reproduce the error with a SAM7X256 Target, J-Flash 6.12g and J-Link V6.
