JTAG interface on board where TNETC48xx is mounted. Interface picture is shown as below.

The main core of TNETC48xx is ARM11.

I connected the following pins to J-Link respectively
TRST,TMS,TDI,TDO,TCK,GND. And connecting pin 5 of the above picture to pin 1 of J-Link.

After that, I connected to board via J-link, but ARM11 can not be recognized. Error message is reported:
