  • [ABANDONED] J-LINK could work with Pandaboard rev A3 with OMAP4430_CortexA9.JLinkScript

    Hi,

    I just purchase a J-LINK EDU to work with my Pandaboard Rev A3 using OMAP4430_CortexA9.JLinkScript
    But get following errors:

    @linux:~/Desktop/J-Link/JLink_Linux_V502f_x86_64$ ./JLinkExe

    Questions:
    1. Why newest version sample does not include OMAP4430_CortexA9.JLinkScript that is 3 years old?
    2. Where can I get good JLinkScript for Pandaboard rev A3?

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

    Are you absolutely sure that your physical JTAG connection is good?
    The script has not been changed for years and from the log output it seems that even the very very basic low level JTAG communication does not work and the device is completely unresponsive.

    And another thing:
    We may do not have scripts ready for every revision of every board out there but the idea behind scripts is that you can always write them on your own.
