DCC in RTTerminal

    DCC is not real-time at all, since it affects the real-time behavior of the target application (a DCC handler needs to be periodically called, checking if the next item via DCC can be sent).
    So I am not sure if this really matches into the "Real-Time Terminal" concept.
    DCC is already provided by J-Link.
    There might be a DCCViewer or DCCLogger application in the future, but I do not think it is really related to RTT.
