  • Download bin file to lpc4330 external flash possible ???

    Hi ,

    I would like to know if it is possible to download a bin file to an external flash on the lpc4330 from nxp.
    This microcontroller doesn't have flash of its own , so an external flash is connected . The external flash is an S25FL032P0XMFI013 ,
    which is an SPIFI flash.

    Hoping someone knwos the answer ...

    Yes, it is.
    For example J-Flash supports programming of SPIFI flash connected to an LPC4330:


    PS: Please refrain from using such unspecific descriptions like "to an external flash". The flash type is *always* important (NAND, serial NOR, parallel NOR, serial NOR that is memory-mapped accessible, EEPROM, ...)
