JTRACE firmware update failed and probe seems unusable

  • JTRACE firmware update failed and probe seems unusable

    Dear Jlink users,
    I have tried to update JTRACE (CM3) with the new firmware 4.78E using JLINK configurator
    The update failed (I had message...probe did not respond)
    Now when I plug the JTRACE I see it detected by windows 7 (JLINK driver appears in system panel of Windows)
    However the Jlink configurator or commander does not see the probe.
    ;(

    Does anybody have met such problem, found a solution and can help please ?

    Does J-Link Commander still find the J-Trace?
    So far, we are not aware of such a problem.
