we have a board with an AT91SAM9G45 CPU and use the Atmel SAM-BA 2.11 for flashing our FW (size about 42 MB) with our JLink ARM Pro (software v4.46d). It takes about 12 minutes when Adaptive mode is selected, but only about 5 minutes when I manually select 12MHz in the Segger UI.
I already asked Atmel and they told me to check the RTCK signal. As far as I see it's connected correctly (says our HW documentation, otherwise adaptive mode would now work at all I assume).
Changing speed manually every time flashing tool is used isn't convenient, also JTAG debugging is slow per default.
When I set speed to Auto, 8MHz are used, which is just as fast as 12MHz (limited by flash speed I suppose).
Is there a way to speed up adaptive mode to be as fast as 12MHz or 8MHz?
