• JLink Emulator - selection pop-up window

Hi,
I
recently started working with the Jlink Programmer(Emulator).I am using the
Jlink SDK to program the target system. My goal is to program upto 6 target
systems simultaneously(using multiple threads/processes).So I will be using 6 Jlink Programmers(Emulators).When I
call the API JLINKARM_SelectUSB/JLINKARM_EMU_SelectByIndex/JLINKARM_EMU_SelectByUSBSN,I
expect it to select the emulator once and for all.But a emulator selection
window pops up when I call JLINKARM_Open().This will not work with the
automation I am trying to achieve. Is there a workaround for this?Or should I
use a different API for selecting the emulator.

Thank you.

• Hi,

Please, send SDK related questions directly to SEGGER J-Link support and do not post them in the forum in the future.
Since the DLL API documentation is NOT free of charge and NOT publicly available, we can not answer SDK related questions here.

You should use JLINKARM_EMU_SelectByUSBSN() to select the emulator you want to connect to. If everything is correctly configured,
the emulator selection dialog will NOT appear.

Best regards
Alex
