i am working on MCBTMS570 Board, using J Flash there are the following errors:

- ERROR: Failed to measure CPU clock frequency: second loop count is less than first one! (805340<=134217792)
- ERROR: Failed to measure CPU clock frequency
- ERROR: Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)
- ERROR: Failed to connect

then i try to execute a speed test by using J Link commander, however i obtained that:

Could not write CP15
